Turmeric Latte

If you’ve ever had a Turmeric Latte than you know how good they are! It is a great caffeine free option that is amazing for your immune system! The curcumin that is present in turmeric has many anti inflamatory properties. I like making the iced version since it is so creamy and refreshing on a hot summer day!

Ingredients:

-1 tsp of Turmeric Powder

-1 tsp of Honey

-3 tsp of hot water

-10 oz of any cold milk of your choice

-Ice

Directions:

1). In a glass add in the Turmeric powder, honey and hot water. Mix well.

2) Add in the milk and mix.

3) Add the ice cubes and enjoy!
